Domestic Shipping
Orders within the contiguous United States ship by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska ship by USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate Shipping.
Shipping to Canada
Orders to Canada ship through U.S. First-Class Mail and Canadian customs before final delivery through Canada Post. Please allow extra delivery time. Free shipping is not available for Canada orders because of the additional cost of international delivery.
International Shipping
Sarvaa Organics currently ships only within the United States and Canada. We apologize if you are located outside these areas. Because we are a small operation and source rare, limited-supply ingredients from small farms, we are not currently able to service other countries.
Local Purchasing Options
You may find Sarvaa Organics products locally at Durango Natural Foods Co-op, Nature’s Oasis, and Dancing Willow Herbs. These locations may also take special orders. You may also place an order through our online store.
Special Shipping Instructions
Please add any special shipping instructions in the comments section during checkout. Examples include “Please leave at back door” or “Please ring apartment number.” Once your package has a tracking number, please contact USPS or UPS directly for additional delivery instructions.
Shipping Providers and Tracking
Sarvaa Organics ships through USPS and UPS. Upon request, we may be able to ship through FedEx. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends.
Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages
Sarvaa Organics is not responsible for resending packages when an incorrect shipping address is provided. If a shipment is returned because it is undeliverable, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Customers may also choose to be refunded for the order total minus shipping costs.
USPS and UPS provide tracking information, and customers are responsible for monitoring their shipments. If a package is lost in transit or marked delivered but missing, please contact USPS or UPS to start a claim.
Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible if there is a shipping issue. The sooner we know about a problem, the easier it is to help find a resolution.
