At Sarvaa Organics, we want customers to feel confident when ordering from us. Please review our refund and returns policy before requesting a return, refund, or exchange.
Return Window
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Because Sarvaa Organics sells food, wellness, and personal-use products, opened products may not be eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:

Opened tinctures or wellness products
Opened chocolate or perishable items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at care@sarvaaorganics.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, because processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us before mailing anything back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Sarvaa Organics.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Sarvaa Organics cannot guarantee that we will receive a returned item without tracking.
