How do I take Superfruit C?

  • Shake 2-3 teaspoons in 16 oz of water, juice, or coconut water. Try adding lemon juice to make it extra delicious and detoxing!
  • Mix 2-3 teaspoons in with your favorite smoothie or juice recipe.

When should I take Superfruit C?

Take Superfruit C in the morning for all-day immune support, between meals for a quick pick-me-up, or just before or during your workout or intense activity. Superfruit C is highly effective when taken while traveling to give your immune system that extra boost!

In our culture, the general mentality is to “go big” with a lot of things. This can include our supplement intake. While you can eat too many superfruits, it’s not likely to do much harm if you’re in general good health, it would simply be a waste of money.

Suggested Routine: Start with 1 teaspoon a day of Superfruit C for the first week, then 2 teaspoons per day the following week, then 3-4 teaspoons per day to maintain optimum cellular happiness. Since most of the vitamins in these Superfruits are water-soluble, it’s best to take two small or medium size doses per day. The disadvantage to taking one large dose is that some of it might just pass right out through your kidneys before it can be absorbed by the body.

Real Food:

Superfruit C is made from real, whole foods. It contains the primary and periphery nutrients that the original fruits contained. Some researchers suggest that ascorbic acid made from GMO corn in a factory may raise vitamin C levels in the bloodstream, but the body may not use it the same way it uses vitamin C from whole food sources.
